Uncle Bill is a great man who we should all strive to model our life after. One of my first teddy bears was a Panda from Uncle Bill and Aunt Patty. You will be greatly missed but your legacy will always shine brightly forever. If I only had 10% of your talent, I would be a happy man.

Bill will be missed by many. He was my transportation to work for several years. Denny and I always joked about his crush on Patty and mine on Bill. Such a super couple. My parents, Marvin and Lois Epps, shared many good times with Bill and Patty. He will be greeted on the other side by loving friends. My thoughts to Patty, Kevin and family, Lisa and family. God Bless you all. May wonderful memories brighten sad days.
