Joanne Elfers

Joanne Elfers, age 66, of Pataskala, formerly of Granville, died Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus surrounded by her family. Born February 9, 1951 in Boston, MA to the late William and Ann (Rice) Elfers. She enjoyed watching football, horses, dancing, ballet and the arts.
She is survived by sons, William Alexander (Berlyn) Haughton, Los Angeles, CA, Richard Nathaniel (Katrina) Haughton, Pataskala; grandchildren, William Nathaniel, Forest Melbourne, Hunter McCormick, Maryjane Abby, Louin Alexander, and was looking forward to meeting Liam in April; brother, William (Deborah) Elfers; sister, Jane (Sandy) Muther; nieces, Kate and Amelia Elfers; nephew, Eric (Emily) Muther.
Preceded in death by nephew, Kurt Muther.
Service and interment will be later in Massachusetts.
