I have so many memories of Joan. Working with her for 20 years was so rewarding. She was a wonderful mentor and friend. We had a lot of laughs. Because of her integrity, she made me a better adult.

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Joan. We have so many fond memories beginning with working with her at the State Auditor's office to her and Don living close by and spending time with them.
One special moment we will never forget was when our daughter was born, Joan was the first person to arrive at our house to congratulate us. We have lost a very special friend
